We train on week nights, indoors at the following venues, days and times:-

Tuesday nights from 7.30pm – 9.00pm at Freman College, Buntingford

Training takes place weekly starting the first Tuesday in September, through to the last Tuesday in March (excluding school holiday periods and the month of December). Sessions are taken by a qualified coach and vary from Netball based skills and tactics to Fitness. All sessions are adaptable to ability and fitness levels, with team focus sessions held on alternate weeks, however ALL players are invited to attend ALL sessions.

We are always looking to expand our squads and would be pleased to hear from you.  Come and join a friendly and strong club with a strong league positioning status.
